Research & Planning Fee starts at $350 per household (non-refundable)
Caribbean/Mexico Resort Itineraries
Research & Planning Fee starts at $175 per household (non-refundable)
✧ Travel With Meredith, LLC will research and propose a customized vacation itinerary. The traveler(s) will have a chance to review and ask any questions about the proposal and make minor adjustments if needed.
✧ If the traveler(s) desire a second choice, Travel With Meredith, LLC will provide one for an additional $100 to be collected before research begins.
✧ Travel With Meredith, LLC will research and propose a maximum of two potential vacation itineraries. Depending on your desires, these itineraries may vary in destination, accommodations, transfers, or all of the above.
✧ The traveler(s) will have a chance to review and ask any questions about the proposals and make minor adjustments if needed. If the traveler(s) desire additional choices, Travel With Meredith, LLC will provide one more itinerary for an additional $50 charge, collected before research begins.
✧Group Travel Services - Pricing starts at $500 and will vary depending on the needs of the group.
*Please Note* Complex travel itineraries require extra research and may be subject to additional fees. Last-minute bookings will also incur additional fees (90 days or less before travel). This applies to all itineraries.

Client Appreciation Program
Recieve $50 off your next planning fee when you refer a client who pays their own planning fee. Referral discounts can be combined and result in a waived planning fee.
This discount applies only when the referred traveler pays their planning fee for the first time and mentions your name as the referrer.
Additional Notes:
✧ Flights will only be booked for an additional fee of $75/person or in some instances, as part of a Mexico/Caribbean package and only in conjunction with one of our approved suppliers. Travel With Meredith, LLC is unable to book reward flights.
✧ Travel With Meredith, LLC will only book 4 and 5 star level accommodations & resorts (with some exceptions). Accommodations that are rated 3 stars will only be booked at the client’s request, and with a signed waiver. Travel With Meredith, LLC is unable to book accommodations using reward points.
✧Travel With Meredith, LLC requires a minimum of two nights of accommodations to be booked with us and we cannot book AirBnbs (or similar) due to liability. Home rentals can only be booked through approved travel partners.
✧We are not able to provide a price breakdown of each component of a proposal. Our travel partners have negotiated contracted rates with hotels, tour operators, and transfer companies that are proprietary.
✧ Cruises –Travel With Meredith, LLC books select ocean cruises, marine expeditions, and river cruises. (Research & Planning Fees start at $200/household for cruises)
✧ Domestic travel (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) booking is limited to group tour bookings with Travel With Meredith's, LLC approved travel partners.
